Everything you hand out.

Pens, drinkware, bags, giveaways and gifts with your logo on them. Tell us what it is for and how many you need, and we come back with a few things that fit instead of a catalog to wade through.

How this works01

There are tens of thousands of these things. You need one.

Narrowing it down is the actual job. Nobody wants to scroll a supplier catalog at nine at night working out which tumbler is the good one.

Counter pens for a Michigan rental company. Logo, website and phone on every one.
Bottled water for the same customer, printed to match.
You tell us01
  • What it is for, or roughly what you have in mind
  • About how many you need
  • When you need them
  • A budget, if you have one in mind
  • Your logo, in whatever file you have
We come back with02
  • A few options that actually fit, not a catalog
  • Pricing at your quantity
  • Colors and decoration that suit the item
  • A realistic date
  • A proof before anything is made
What people ask for02

Six things that keep coming back.

A sample, not the range. Most orders we quote are one of these, and the rest are worth asking about.

Pens & Writing

01

The cheapest thing you can hand someone that they will keep.

Pens are still the most reordered item we sell, because they get used, left behind and picked up by somebody else. Notebooks and folders do the same job at a desk.

Pens and stylus pens, pencils and markers, notebooks and journals, folders and padfolios.

Drinkware

02

The item most likely to end up on a desk every single day.

Worth spending a few dollars more than you would on a giveaway. A good insulated tumbler sits on a desk for years, which works out cheaper per day than almost anything else you can buy.

Insulated tumblers, water bottles, mugs and travel cups, can coolers.

Bags & Totes

03

Useful, and it walks around with your name on it.

A bag does its work in places you will never be. Light totes are fine for a one day event. If you want people still carrying it next year, go heavier.

Totes and shopping bags, drawstring bags, backpacks and duffels, cooler bags.

Keychains & Giveaways

04

For the counter, the trade show table and the front door.

The affordable end. Things you can hand out by the hundred without thinking about it, and that still look like they came from a real company.

Keychains and bottle openers, lanyards and wristbands, sunglasses and koozies, stickers and decals.

Employee & Client Gifts

05

When it needs to feel like a gift and not a giveaway.

Fewer pieces, better pieces. This is the end of the range where the item has to feel chosen rather than handed out, so the budget goes into one good thing instead of two forgettable ones.

Blankets and throws, power banks and speakers, gift sets and boxes, premium drinkware.

Events & Openings

06

The date cannot move, so we work backwards from it.

An event usually needs several different things at once and a hard deadline. Tell us the date before anything else. We will say what can be made in time and what to swap for something that can.

Grand openings and anniversaries, golf outings and tournaments, school and team fundraisers, trade shows and community events.

Also

Awards & Recognition

For the wall, the shelf and the end of year.

For the times you need to hand something to a person by name rather than hand something to a crowd. Ordered once a year, and kept far longer than anything else on this page.

  • Plaques and engraved pieces
  • Crystal and acrylic awards
  • Employee recognition
  • Commemorative gifts
Worth knowing first03

About quantities

Most promotional products are made in batches, and the minimum depends on the item. Some start around fifty, plenty start at a hundred or more, and a few premium pieces can be done in smaller numbers. Tell us what you need and we will tell you straight away whether the quantity works or suggest something similar that does.

Looking for something else?

What is on this page is a sample. Between the suppliers we buy from we can reach most of the usual promotional categories and plenty of unusual ones. Ice scrapers, golf towels, first aid kits, pet items, safety gear, seasonal pieces. If you have something specific in mind, ask. If we cannot get it or it is not worth doing at your quantity, we will say so.

Artwork04

Artwork that is ready to print

A lot of logos arrive as a screenshot, a photo of a sign, or a file that was fine on Facebook and falls apart at four inches wide. Straightforward cleanup is usually quick and we will just handle it: tidy the edges, convert it properly, and give you the file formats you will need again next time.

If a logo really needs rebuilding from scratch rather than cleaning up, that is a different job and we will quote it before starting. We do not design logos from nothing as part of an order.

What you get back
  • Cleaned up and converted to vector
  • Sized correctly for the item
  • Files you keep for next time

It applies to anything we print or stitch for you, not just promotional items.

Tell us what you are after

The more of this you can fill in, the more useful the first reply will be. None of it is binding and we are happy to work from a rough idea.
